The Process: What to Expect?
First, just drop me a message - whether it’s through my contact form, email, or social media - and we’ll chat about the kind of package you’re after and the type of photos you need. Once we’re all set, I’ll send over a contract and details for a 10% deposit. I’ll also email you some handy info so you know exactly what to expect on the day.
On the shoot day, I’ll meet you at my studio in Cardiff, The Atrium. I’ll show you around and go over everything before we kick things off. The shoot itself is super relaxed and fun—I’ll guide you through the whole process, and we’ll have music, snacks, and a great vibe. You can bring along two outfits for a bit of variety, so we’ll get plenty of options to work with.
After the session, we’ll sort out the remaining payment, and I’ll email you a gallery of all the photos. You’ll pick your favourite 10, and if you fancy any extras, those are £15 each. Once you’ve made your choices, I’ll get straight to work on the edits and have everything ready for you within 7 days. After that, the photos are all yours to use however you like.
Where are you based?
I’m located at Cardiff Atrium, but I have portable equipment, so I can travel to you if you would rather have them taken in the comfort of your own home.
HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?
How long are the sessions?
It depends on the package you choose - Session 1 is 1 hour, while Session 2 is 2 hours. We can chat about which package will work best for you!
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE?
Package 1 gives you 5 photos, with 3 retouched. Package 2 includes 5 headshots, 3 retouched, and 5 full-body shots.
CAN I REQUEST MORE?
Yes, absolutely! It’s £10 per photo for any extra edited and retouched images.
How long does it take to receive the photos for viewing?
After the shoot, I’ll send you a link with all your photos within 24 hours so you can take a look and choose which ones you’d like me to edit.
When can I expect my edited photos?
You’ll receive your edited photos within 7 working days!
HOW DO I PAY?
I’ll send you a payment link for a 10% deposit, and then after the shoot, we’ll settle up right there on the day!
I'M REALLY NERVOUS.. WHAT DO I DO?
Don’t worry at all! I’ve got a posing system in place, so I’ll guide you through everything. It’ll be fun, relaxed, and you’ll be in great hands!
Which package would be the best choice for me?
It really depends on what you’re looking for! If you’re after just headshots with a few retouched photos, Package 1 is perfect. But if you want a mix of headshots and full-body shots, with more variety and retouching, Package 2 would be a great fit! We can always chat about what suits your needs best.
Can we discuss my goals for the session?
Of course! We can chat about what you’d like to achieve, and I’ll make sure we get the shots you’re looking for.
What is your policy on cancellations and rescheduling?
You can reschedule once, as long as it's 72 hours before your session, without losing your deposit. Please note, deposits are non-refundable, so if you cancel, a new deposit will be required to rebook.
