Capturing the Magic of Jack and Katie's Wedding
The other night, I had the privilege of delivering Jack and Katie's wedding photos.
When Jack and Katie booked me last year to photograph their wedding in December this year, I felt incredibly grateful. Not only was the venue absolutely stunning, but I also had the honour of getting to know this lovely couple throughout the year. The lead-up to their wedding was filled with excitement and flew by in no time.
On the day of the wedding, my second shooter, Sam, and I quickly reintroduced ourselves to the staff of Caswell House before heading over to Jack and Katie, who were getting ready in separate rooms. From start to finish, this wedding was brimming with love. I had the pleasure of meeting all their friends and family, who were nothing short of warm, loving, and welcoming. Joe Pike, the pianist, set a delightful mood with his beautiful renditions of various songs, while magician Richard Parsons wowed us all with his magic tricks.
From the bottom of my heart, I want to extend a massive thank you to everyone I met at the wedding for being so wonderful. A special thank you to the wedding planners Sara and Zoe at Caswell House for their help in creating and organising such a beautiful day, to my second shooter Sam, and, of course, to Jack and Katie themselves. Thank you so much for trusting me to capture this special day in your lives. It has been a pleasure getting to know you both over the past year, and I am so excited to see what the future holds for you.
